Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Dulwich Travel Explorers. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Entrants must be among the first 250 members to join the Dulwich Travel Explorers Facebook group.

  • Entrants must remain members of the group until 31st March 2025 at least.

  • Travel agents are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.

3. Entry Period

  • The giveaway begins on 1st January 2025 and ends when the group has reached 250 members. The Prize draw will be carried out in the two following weeks.

  • Only the first 250 members of the Facebook group will be entered into the prize draw.

4. Prizes
The prizes are as follows:

  • 1 x £500 travel voucher

  • 1 x £250 travel voucher

  • 3 x £100 travel vouchers

5. Prize Conditions

  • Travel vouchers must be redeemed with Experience Away - Not Just Travel by 31st December 2025.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers can only cover up to 10% of the total trip value. Any unused portion of a voucher may be retained for another booking within its validity period. Vouchers are not guaranteed to be redeemable for EasyJet Holidays, TUI and Jet2Holidays.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be chosen randomly.

  • Winners' names will be announced in the Facebook group and notified via direct message on Facebook.

7. General Terms

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary.

  • The promoter will publish winners' first names unless entrants object at the time of entry or upon notification of winning.

8. Liability Release
By entering, participants release Facebook and Dulwich Travel Explorers from any liability related to this giveaway.

9. Data Protection
Personal data provided by entrants will only be used for administering this giveaway and fulfilling prizes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Governing Law
